TestFlight Feedback
As a beta tester, you can send feedback directly through the TestFlight app:
- Open the TestFlight app
- Select IFE Bridge
- Tap "Send Beta Feedback"
- Include a screenshot if reporting a bug
This is the fastest way to report bugs or suggest features during the beta period.
Common Issues
🔇 No Audio / Very Quiet Audio
Solution:
- Check that your USB adapter is firmly connected
- Increase the Input Gain slider (especially for Sonos adapter)
- Verify your Bluetooth headphones are paired and connected
- Check the IFE system volume (it should be at a reasonable level)
- Try unplugging and reconnecting the USB adapter
⚠️ USB Input Not Detected
Solution:
- Unplug and replug the adapter
- Try a different USB-C to 3.5mm adapter
- Restart your iPhone with the adapter connected
- Check that your adapter supports audio input (not all adapters do)
- Try cleaning the USB-C port on your iPhone
📶 Audio Stuttering / Dropouts
Solution:
- Increase buffer size in Advanced Settings (Settings icon → Advanced)
- Ensure your Bluetooth headphones are charged
- Keep your phone close to your headphones (within 3 feet)
- Switch to A2DP Bluetooth mode if using HFP
- Close other apps that might be using audio
🔊 Crackling / Distortion
Solution:
- Check if the Input Level meter is hitting 100% (clipping)
- Lower the Input Gain slider if clipping
- Try a different Bluetooth mode (A2DP recommended)
- Reduce the IFE system volume
- Check that your USB adapter is not damaged

- iOS Version iOS 16.6 or later
- Device iPhone with USB-C or Lightning
- Required Adapter USB-C/Lightning to 3.5mm audio adapter
- Bluetooth Headphones Any Bluetooth headphones paired with your iPhone
Recommended USB Adapters
- ✓ Sonos USB-C Line-in Adapter (works great, needs gain boost)
- ✓ Apple USB-C to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter
- ✓ Most generic USB-C to 3.5mm audio adapters
- ✓ USB audio interfaces with line-in support
